Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: December 1, 2025
This policy outlines our refund and cancellation terms for all services provided by Greeneville.dev. We strive to be fair and transparent in all our dealings.
1. Custom Development Projects
1.1 Deposit
Custom development projects require a 50% deposit before work begins. This deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced.
1.2 Cancellation by Client
- Before work begins: Full deposit refund minus a $100 administrative fee
- During development: No refund of deposit; you pay for work completed beyond the deposit
- After completion: No refund; full payment is due
1.3 Satisfaction Guarantee
We work with you through unlimited revisions within the agreed scope until you are satisfied. If we cannot deliver what was agreed upon, we will refund payments for undelivered work.
1.4 14-Day Warranty Period
Every completed project includes a 14-day warranty. After final delivery, we provide free bug fixes and revisions for 14 days. This ensures your project launches smoothly and any issues are resolved promptly.
After the 14-day warranty period:
- Ongoing support requires an active Care Plan subscription
- Bug fixes, updates, and maintenance are included in your Care Plan hours
- Clients without a Care Plan may request one-time support at hourly rates
2. Care Plan Subscriptions
2.1 Monthly Billing
Care Plans are billed monthly in advance. Each payment covers the upcoming month of service.
2.2 Cancellation
- You may cancel your Care Plan at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will continue to receive services until the end of the paid period
- No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period
2.3 How to Cancel
To cancel your Care Plan:
- Email support@greeneville.dev with your cancellation request
- Or submit a cancellation request through your client dashboard
We require at least 5 business days notice before your next billing date.
2.4 Plan Changes
- Downgrade: Takes effect at the start of your next billing period
- Upgrade: Takes effect immediately with prorated charges
3. AI Marketing Add-On
The AI Marketing Suite follows the same cancellation terms as Care Plans. Note that:
- Ad spend is non-refundable once ads are placed
- Generated creative assets remain yours after cancellation
- Campaign data is retained for 90 days after cancellation
4. Domain Registration
Domain registration fees are non-refundable as they are paid to third-party registrars. Domains registered on your behalf are transferred to you upon request.
5. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Bank processing may take an additional 5-10 business days
- You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed
6. Service Termination
6.1 Termination for Non-Payment
- Services may be suspended after 15 days past due
- Services may be terminated after 30 days past due
- Data may be deleted 90 days after termination
6.2 Termination for Policy Violation
If your services are terminated due to violation of our Acceptable Use Policy orTerms of Service, no refund will be provided.
6.3 Data After Termination
- You may request a copy of your data within 30 days
- We will provide files in standard formats (HTML, CSS, images, database export)
- After 90 days, data may be permanently deleted
7. Disputes
If you believe you are entitled to a refund not covered by this policy, please contact us at billing@greeneville.dev. We will review your case and respond within 5 business days.
