- Use services for cryptocurrency mining without approval
2.3 Intellectual Property Violations
- Infringe copyrights, trademarks, or patents

- Circumvent digital rights management (DRM)
3. Resource Usage
Our shared hosting environments have resource limits to ensure fair use. You agree not to consume excessive resources, store unrelated files, or run long-running processes without approval.
4. Email and Communications
If your site sends email, you must:
- Comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other applicable laws
- Only send to recipients who have opted in
- Include a working unsubscribe mechanism
- Include your physical mailing address
- Not use purchased or scraped email lists
5. User-Generated Content
If your website allows user submissions, you are responsible for moderating that content and responding to valid abuse reports promptly.
6. Enforcement
For violations of this policy, we may:
- Issue a warning and request remediation
- Remove or disable access to violating content
- Suspend your services temporarily
- Terminate your services permanently
- Report illegal activity to law enforcement
